At Zaffron Tandoori, we are committed to delivering a satisfying dining and delivery experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
2.1 All orders placed through our online platform are prepared fresh upon confirmation. As such, cancellations and refunds are only considered under the circumstances outlined below.
2.2 Refund requests must be raised within 30 minutes of order placement. Once food preparation has commenced, refunds will not be entertained.
2.3 In the event that an incorrect or incomplete order is delivered, customers must notify us immediately with supporting photos. We will assess and resolve the issue at our discretion, either by replacement or refund.
2.4 Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or delays caused by weather conditions or traffic beyond our control.
2.5 Customers with food allergies are advised to review menu items carefully before ordering. Zaffron Tandoori will not be held liable for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose known allergies at the time of ordering.
2.6 Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2.7 Promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
2.8 Zaffron Tandoori reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice, in accordance with Singapore consumer protection laws and regulations.
